Technical training Flexibility is a key advantage with which SIG Combibloc operates as one of the world‘s leading systems manufacturers of carton packaging and filling machines. This flexibility makes great demands on our cartons and our filling machines, but also on our employees. In modern training centres in Linnich (Germany), Rayong (Thailand) and Suzhou (China), which are equipped with the latest filling machine models, we are continuously qualifying our employees in theoretical and hands-on training modules. A more in-depth knowledge of the entire filling system, consisting of our cartons and our filling machines, is a fundamental learning objective. By continuously developing the skills of our employees and our customers, we are contributing as a dependable business partner to the lasting success of our customers. The training programme covers the following areas:
CombiCollege A detailed knowledge of the entire product portfolio and the markets in which we work is of key importance, particularly for our employees in customer contact roles. With CombiCollege, we offer our employees a programme of training in which they can receive anything from a basic grounding up to sound specialist knowledge of the systems business, covering our cartons and filling machines. Our own in-house trainers and experts pass on their knowledge and their experience – and they do it all over the world. The modules are tailored primarily to the needs of employees in the areas of marketing, sales, service, development and mechanical engineering.
