Investors With the payment of the offer price on May 11th, 2007, the take over of SIG Holding AG by the Rank Group of New Zealand has been completed. Subsequent to the termination of the squeeze out of the outstanding shares, SIG was de-listed from the Swiss stock exchange SWX as of November 02, 2007 and is now privately owned by Rank Group. |
